03/24 - WINDOW & DOOR TAX CREDIT NOT EXTENDED

The 2005 Energy Policy Act that provided up to $500 in
tax credits for installing Energy Star windows and
doors expired Dec. 31 2007. Originally extended in the
Energy, Security, and Independence Act of 2007 it was
cut at the senate level. The new Act focuses on auto-
mobiles, electronics, lighting, and government and
commercial building efficiency.
